End-to-end residential construction management.
C-Birt is not a scheduling tool bolted onto a separate accounting package. It runs the whole residential build — from the first financing model through procurement, field logistics, inspection, and payroll, to the buyer's handover — on one connected set of records, unit by unit.
Plan & finance
Before ground is broken, C-Birt's scheduling algorithm predicts start and completion dates for every task from your resource limits and historical performance — producing realistic build timelines, cash flow, and depth of financing needed.
Procurement
Purchasing runs off the live build schedule rather than a static bill of quantities, so materials are ordered against what the site is actually about to need — and re-ordered automatically when the schedule moves.
Warehousing & field logistics
Material reaches the crew when the task is genuinely ready for it. That solves the usual trade-off between dropping material early (losing control) and delivering day-of (creating bottlenecks).
Execution & quality control
Work is split into discrete one- to two-day tasks with detailed checklists. Every task is inspected by the Project Manager and then by Quality Control Enforcers before it can pass.
Payroll
Payroll is fully automated and gated on passed inspections, enforcing the cardinal rule: never pay for incomplete work. Rates are locked in and can only change with stakeholder permission.
Sales & handover
Buyer upgrades are gated by each unit's real build stage — the system blocks an upgrade that is no longer physically possible, and propagates one that is into the procurement and site schedules.
Because those stages share one source of truth, a change in any of them updates the rest without a meeting. That is what took a 900 sq ft home in Jamaica from 200 days of production time to 90, and what has carried 431 homes to completion over nine years in daily use.
